All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds are only eligible if nothing shows up in your email within 24 hours. If you have not received your order within 24 hours, please email support@wenext.one and we will process your refund. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital goods, once a key or code has been revealed we cannot process any refund.
WeNext is not liable for any loss of data, account suspensions, or damages resulting from use of purchased digital goods. Game keys may be region-locked or subject to platform terms. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchase.
Digital goods marketplaces carry inherent risk. While we vet our keys and codes, we cannot guarantee that a publisher will not revoke or blacklist a key after activation. You assume all risk when purchasing. We recommend activating keys immediately upon receipt.
Any chargeback, dispute, or reversal filed with your payment provider will result in immediate account termination and permanent blacklisting. We vigorously contest all chargebacks with proof of delivery. You waive your right to dispute any transaction made on WeNext.
WeNext does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any server. All account information, balances, and order history are stored exclusively in your browser\'s localStorage. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics.
We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to: chargeback attempts, harassment of support staff, or violation of any term herein. Terminated accounts forfeit all balances and pending orders.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
